Kickboxing is an ultra-high intensity workout featuring a fusion of martial arts into a fat incinerating, muscle building hour of drills, skill building, and body shaping.
This class combines basic boxing fundamentals, plyometrics and High Intensity Interval Training to boost your heart rate and burn calories.
Sculpt and Sweet
This is a fast paced class with high intensity intervals using the step up bench and light weights designed to sculpt and tone every muscle group in the body. This workout will give you that sleek toned look without building muscular size or bulk so you will lose inches, retain lean muscle and boost your metabolism.
This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints and many other challenging drills and exercises.
Ditch the boring workout and join the party – exercise has never been so fun! This fun, easy-to-follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating music to make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor.
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Devote 30 min to building your core strength and toning your abs.
Kick, punch, bob and weave your way to a higher fitness level. 55 minutes of constant movement through rhythmic, choreographed kickboxing routines. All fitness levels welcome.
High Intensity intervals along with lower intensity cardio breaks using
the weighted bag, plyometrics and body weighted exercises.
A total body workout that requires no equipment. Using your own body weight for resistance. Insanity is a max interval training workout.
